We have a 15-day refund policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a refund.
To initiate a refund, please email us at info@dienon-pet.com and one of our customer care associates will provide you with the appropriate steps to process the claim.
We are only able to refund the purchase price for the returned product. Shipping charges will not be refunded.
If you purchase from a retailer (online or offline): Please contact the reseller where the transaction occurred directly to arrange your return/refund/exchange. If the seller doesn't respond accordingly, please let us know and we will assist you.
To reduce any unnecessary carbon footprint, we ask you to please keep the product and give it to a friend, or donate it to a shelter / dog rescue organization near you. We will be happy to locate one for you.

Errors in your order?
If you got the wrong product, we are really sorry, please message through any of our social media channels or info@dienon-pet.com and our team will quickly sort out the situation to get the right product delivered to you as soon as possible, at no cost for you.

Damages product?
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us right way if the something is defective or damaged. Our team will make sure to arrange a new delivery for free and track down any issues.
