General shipping and delivery information

• At this time we are only shipping to Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia.
• Orders are processed from Monday to Friday between 9am and 5pm EST.
• Orders are shipped via Fedex, UPS, Canpar, Canada Post or others.
• If you have an issue with your order, please reach out to customercare@dienon-pet.com

For Ontario and Quebec, it can take between 1 to 2 business days for an order to get to its final destination once the customer have received a tracking number, depending on how remote that location is. All orders should be delivered before 3 business days. Please keep in mind there is no delivery on the weekends or federal holidays.

 

Shipping Costs:

For all orders we charge a flat rate shipping fee of $5.99 CAD

If your order is over $50 CAD, you qualify for free shipping.

When will I get my delivery?

• Most customers receive their order within 1-2 business days of placing their order.
• You can check your order status and tracking information on the following emails you receive after placing an order.

Do I need to sign for my package?

If you are not home, the driver will leave the package at your door or with your door man.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, not yet. We are only shipping to Canada, specifically to the provinces of Ontario, Quebec and British Columbia.
